2. Returns & Exchange Policy

No Returns. No Exchanges. All sales made on tiarra.co.in are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed — regardless of reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product images, descriptions, and our Size Guide before completing a purchase. If you require assistance choosing the correct size or style, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

No Liability After Dispatch Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, Tiarra bears no responsibility for any damage, defect, tarnishing, breakage, or loss that occurs during transit, upon delivery, or during use by the customer. We are not liable for any claims relating to product condition after the item has left our premises.

All items are quality-checked and photographed prior to dispatch. Customers are advised to inspect their package immediately upon delivery in the presence of the courier, where possible.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Prices listed are final and not negotiable.
In the rare event of a pricing or system error, Tiarra reserves the right to correct the error and is not obligated to honour an incorrect price.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
